Having previously travelled to the Arctic, and continually hearing the amazing stories of the great white continent, I was ecstatic that my time had finally come to visit Antarctica. What made it even more special was that is was on board the Greg Mortimer. Purpose built for polar travel, she was able to glide across the Drake effortlessly with her X-Bow design, the cabins were sleek and comfortable and the food magnificent. Having just returned, I am still trying to process the amazing experience that I had.
